        The design of Grand Sandestin, which is located adjacent to the Village at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, reflects the elegance of the South. Its eleven stories allow for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the award winning Sandestin golf courses. This high rise building consists of 125,000 square feet of residential units. A double-height main floor houses a lobby and retail space that opens up to a lovely veranda. West of the building is an extensive plantation-style garden and a large pool for guests and residents. The building contains a fitness club, coffee shop/bar, reception area, gift shop, and underground parking garage. TRH Design selected and documented interior finishes and furnishings for the condo-hotel rooms, corridors, public vestibules and common lobby, lounge areas.
