        Old Greenwood is a unique Fractional Ownership Residential Development built around a championship golf course in Tahoe, California consisting of 160 fractional-time share townhomes. These Craftsman inspired cabins were designed to reflect the lake community and relaxed mountain environment. The Ranch House created three individual Interior Finish Schemes and selected furnishings, accessories and artwork as well as providing all procurement and installation services for the Cabins.
